Motive and shirt
I am not satisfied with the State’s motive that Alex committed the murders to stall or obtain sympathy. It seems like it could have been a more spontaneous crime of passion - he wanted to talk to Maggie and she threatened to expose him or divorce him and take everything from him. Things got heated and he shot her - Paul witnessed it and threatened his father so Alex shot him in self-defense. Or something along those lines is much more believable to me than the what the state is saying. Also isn’t it suspicious that he happened to go visit his mother in the short window they were murdered? Seems much more likely that he did that after shooting them and called various people from the car to manufacture an alibi.
911 call
Observation for this group….when Alex called 911 regarding the murders he told the first dispatcher (male) that his wife and son was shot. That dispatcher transferred him to a second dispatcher (female) and he. Said he was just “getting up to it and it’s bad” First question. How did he know they were shot iff he wasn’t right up to them during the first dispatcher call. It was dark out??
