Why haven't prosecutors asked...
Alex Murdaugh's friends and coworkers why Alex wasn't looking for and/or concerned about the "real shooter/s"? If Alex really thought the shootings were about revenge for the boat crash, why didn't he hire security for himself and the rest of his family? Do any of his friends and coworkers know if he was trying to finds suspects? Why don't the prosecutors ask if they heard Alex talk about who he suspected?
Did he have some one else do the "deed"??
As I think he's guilty FOR SURE and can turn it on and off - he is grieving hard at times. Did he have someone else do this?? The guilt would feel differently and he would be somewhat less desensitized from the killings..... He had the ability to get some one to do it, IMHO... Have you guys considered this? He got someone to fake try and kill HIM?? There is something missing still.... I dunno... THANK YOU for all the hard work!
Financial situation
When the judge told counsel there were two jurors being excused for COVID, I heard Hartpoolian (sp) say that a mistrial would be a financial disaster for his side. I assumed he was saying AM could not pay for a new trial with his current team and experts if a mistrial was granted, which incidentally, happens frequently when criminal defendants get a new trial. Their resources were exhausted after the first defense.
