3 sets of clothes 2 guns
In another podcast (listened while waiting for MMP/COJ next episodes) they made a big thing about AM’s 3 different outfits on night of murders after Blanca’s testimony. Is that accurate? Couldn’t that mean AM shot one victim, ie:Maggie. Then after he cleaned himself up, the second victim, ie:Paul, surprised him in a compromising/guilty situation, so AM grabbed another weapon and shot the second victim. Then he had to clean up and change his clothes again before he called 911. Could this explain the 3 outfits, the 2 guns, not to mention DNA in car seatbelt (didn’t plan to get back in car after he changed the first time, then had to go back to house unplanned to change again), and possibly a whole lot of tire tracks?
Financial situation
When the judge told counsel there were two jurors being excused for COVID, I heard Hartpoolian (sp) say that a mistrial would be a financial disaster for his side. I assumed he was saying AM could not pay for a new trial with his current team and experts if a mistrial was granted, which incidentally, happens frequently when criminal defendants get a new trial. Their resources were exhausted after the first defense.
Did he have some one else do the "deed"??
As I think he's guilty FOR SURE and can turn it on and off - he is grieving hard at times. Did he have someone else do this?? The guilt would feel differently and he would be somewhat less desensitized from the killings..... He had the ability to get some one to do it, IMHO... Have you guys considered this? He got someone to fake try and kill HIM?? There is something missing still.... I dunno... THANK YOU for all the hard work!
