Is Ronny Crosby lying?
Judge Newman allowed testimony from Ronny that was not covered under privilege because there were so many people present when the conversation took place. According to testimony JIM, Ronny, JMM, Buster and a bunch of other people were there. Today the testimony of Ronny indicated that Alex's told them his alibi days after the murder. That alibi was Alex's alibi in it's form today. He fell asleep wasn't at the kennels. BUT in the days after the murder Dick & Jim & JMM all went on tv (and told sled?) that his alibi was that he was visiting his dad at the hospital. This makes no sense. If Alex told Jim & Ronny, JMM & Buster immediately following the murders that he was visiting his mom why was the "rock solid alibi" that he was visiting his dad? Is Ronny lying on the stand?

In listening to the testimony today, it baffles me that a law firm does no follow up with clients to see how they were served. I don't do any business anywhere that i don't get a survey of some kind. This whole debacle could have been nipped in the bud years ago if the law firm had sent a simple questionnaire to it's clients. The one question would be --how much was your settlement check? Good grief.
Jeanne Seckinger
Does Jeanne Seckinger still work at PMPED/Parker Law Group ? I noticed in todays (2/7/23) recap it says former COO/CFO or formerly PMPED. I understand the formerly before PMPED since it has had a name change but does anyone know if she still works there ? It seems like it would have been fairly easy to catch most of the financial crimes and since she was or still is the CFO, I thought maybe she was let go because of this ? She is still on the Parker Law group website as the CFO. It seems like there would have been some sort of internal auditing that would have caught at least some of this !?! Like Tinsley said “a five year old could see it”
