Has any evidence been presented indicating how Paul, Alex and Maggie traveled to the kennel after dinner and/or how Alex got back to the house and into his car after the murders? steps recorded, distance from house to kennel and testimony about habits appear to establish that no one walked back and forth from the kennel.
Did the second SLED interview with Alex on June 10 only have audio? I noticed the first interview video was released but not second. Curious if that’s because there was only audio recorded and not video. Watching the behavior panel break down the first video was fascinating! I hope at some point they will break down some of the courtroom body language of Alex as well.
Why didn't the officers, who were interviewing Alex in their vehicle shortly after they arrived on the scene, ask Alex how he managed to be sitting there in an immaculately white T-shirt with no blood on his hands, or any part of his person after he just told them he checked the bodies for a pulse and tried to turn Paul's body over? Alex said he came up, saw the bodies, touched them, called 911, drove home to get a shotgun and immediately drove back to wait for the police. He NEVER told them, "oh, I was a bloody mess after touching them so a took a shower and put on fresh clothes when I went home for the gun." And they never asked him if he had showered. I have never understood this.
